WHITEFRIARS

Whitefriars is a Grade II listed house close to the centre of historic Chester. Our clients loved the house but hated the new extension, which was poorly designed and cut off light to the rear of the main house. Listed building consent was gained for a new two storey addition at the rear with an internal light shaft. The house really has become a light filled home with the new contemporary addition lighting and complementing the original Georgian house.
